BEFORE YOU BOOK...

Every appointment is an opportunity to create flawless results and a truly enjoyable experience. To make that possible, please take note of this set of guidelines to keep things running smoothly, ensure your hair gets the care it deserves, and allow me to focus fully on giving you the best service and results possible.

    • I do not work over installations or extensions previously used by another stylist.

    • Extensions: before booking, send me a video + where they were purchased via Instagram. Please follow my account so your message is visible.

    • Amazon, AliExpress, Shein & Beauté Hera extensions are not accepted, unless stated otherwise.

    • 3 bundles minimum / 4 bundles for 22inch and longer. All bundles must be the same length, except closures.

    • All installations are done with a net.

    • Natural hair must be at least 6inch long.

    • Wig/closure: must be dropped off 3 days before your appointment.

    • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment. A $50 fee may apply if policies are not followed.

    • By booking, you agree to all policies.

    • Hair must be clean, dry, detangled and product-free.

    • Extensions must be washed, dry and free of thread or previous braids.

    • Wig/closure drop-off: please confirm before coming and include your name + appointment date and time.

    • A wash service will soon be included.

    • Book using your full legal name, valid phone number and email.

    • A non-refundable deposit is required.

    • Applicable taxes will be added to the final payment.

    • Payment accepted: cash, debit or credit.

    • The address will be sent by email. Check your spam folder before contacting us.

    • Cancellation/rescheduling: minimum 48 hours’ notice, through your confirmation email.

    • Less than 48 hours, same-day cancellation or no-show: full remaining balance will be charged.

    • One reschedule only.

    • Service change: new deposit required.

    • Wig/lace already customized: 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.

    • Service started but unable to be completed: full amount is due.

    • Late arrival: 10 min = $20 fee | 20+ min = cancellation. Please notify me if you are running late and allow extra time for parking.

    • No guests or vaping.

    • Please keep noise at a reasonable level.

    • Any deposit dispute or inability to collect an amount owed under these policies may be addressed through the appropriate process with the Office de la protection du consommateur or Small Claims Court.

    • Any payment dispute will also result in no future bookings.
