BEFORE YOU BOOK...
Every appointment is an opportunity to create flawless results and a truly enjoyable experience. To make that possible, please take not of this set of guidelines to keep things running smoothly, ensure your hair gets the care it deserves, and allow me to focus fully on giving you the best service and results possible.

Please come with freshly washed hair, free of oils.

Hair should be thoroughly detangled (no small knots or braids left).

Extensions must be properly washed with a clarifying shampoo and completely dry by your appointment time. No leftover threads or braids from previous appointments.

Label your wig or closure with your name, appointment time, and date.

Hair should be at least 6 inches long.

Please bring your hair 3 days in advance.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash only (please make sure you don’t forget!).

10-minute late: $20 fee

20 minutes or more late: appointment canceled

Please let me know if you’re running late.

Parking space can be hard to find. Please keep that in mind when planning your travels.

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-show without notice: client will be banned from future appointments.

Each client can reschedule only once after a cancellation.

If you want to change your service, a new deposit will be required.

Same-day cancellations or reschedules: $30 fee applied to your next appointment.

If I’ve customized your wig or lace and the appointment is canceled: $40 fee.

If the appointment has started and you choose to end it before completion, the entire amount is still due.

All cancellations must be done personally by the client.

Make sure to provide a valid name, phone number, and email when booking.

The address will be sent in the confirmation email—please note it down.

Check your spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email. Please contact me immediately if you don’t receive it.

For quality and result purposes, please note that I don't work with hair from Amazon, AliExpress, Shein, or other hair brand that doesn’t meet the required quality standards.

Hair with gold or metallic rubber bands won't be accepted (photos are required).

Hair cut into tiny pieces also won't be accepted.

Quality Raw and virgin hair are essential. Recommended hair brands: Magic Hands Collection. If not sure of your vendors' quality, please send me a message!

It’s best if all extensions are the same length (Ex: 24 inches, 24 inches, 24 inches).

I only work on nets*.

Please check my availability and confirm with me before dropping off your hair — it helps me stay organized and ready for your appointment.

Only the client with the appointment should be present.

For moms bringing children, they may stay up to 10 minutes, then must leave.

Keep your voice at a moderate level to maintain a calm environment.

No vaping in the salon.

I do not work on other stylists’ work and reserve the right to refuse service or apply extra fees if rules aren’t followed. This helps ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.
